We ship UK orders within 1-3 working days after an order is placed. All standard deliveries will be sent via courier service (usually Yodel) and usually take within 2-4 business days.
If you need your candles urgently please get in touch prior to ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate your order.
Orders placed after 5pm will be dealt with the next working day. Orders placed on a weekend, will be dealt with the following Monday.
Postage is quoted for Mainland UK.
P&P for all orders is £3.75
Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your items, then simply return to us in unused condition within 7 days for an exchange or refund of the full purchase price excluding the original postage cost. You are required to pay the return postage unless your item was received and was faulty or damaged.
Items that are received damaged will be refunded or replaced. All we ask is that you email a photograph to us so that we can see the damage.
